Ragnar is my turtle kaiju creation. He is new up and coming kaiju in his world and ready to take on the evil forces commanded by Skeleking! With the help of a ragtag group of unlikely friends consisting of a powerful wayward magic user who has lost most of his memory, known as The “Heavy Metal Wizard”, An Intergalatic space barbarian who has been trapped in the nothing of space for centuries, known as Dredded Fredd, The “Dream Beserker”, A child of the forest who has been sent into the world of men to stop of destruction of her lands called Etsuko “little crow”, and last but certainly not least BEATBOX, a world ending destruction robot that runs off of the evil of the world but fortuntately for us his “malice” transmitter has been broken so he safely operates at “Big ol Jerk” levels.
This group of ramblers is the world’s only hope to fight off the evil that plagues its lands.Get ready for Big kaiju battles, Magic, Mecha, Martial Arts, Palace intrigue, and much more!
About The Creator Of Ragnar
My name is Christopher Logan Hillseth. I am a designer based in Los Angeles, CA. I grew up in a large, artistic family. I have three sisters, one brother, and my Mom and Dad, with all of us being artists in our own way. One of my earliest memories that I have was when I was 3-4 years old, and I was building a dinosaur model kit with my dad. It blew my mind seeing him mix white and red paint in order to make the color pink for the tongue. Ever since then, I’ve been building, painting, fabricating, sculpting, and ruining new shirts and pants with all my daily crafting.
I have amassed a collection of art books, magazines, comics, dvds, prints and collectibles over the years. Some of my favorite inspirations (but not limited to) are Frank Frazetta, iain mccaig, Luc Besson, Conan the Barbarian, Whitney Houston, late 80’s and 90s Anime/manga, Garth Algar, Gamera, Simon Lee (Spider Zero), Agent Orange, Katsuhiro Otomo, Winston Wolf, and al pastor tacos with green salsa and radishes.
I’ve been lucky enough to have been working in the toy industry since 2012. I possess the necessary studio craft skill set and manufacturing expertise to take a concept from an idea and bring it to a fully produced and packaged item ready for retail stores. I understand what it takes to source the correct factories and have established a small network of vendors that help facilitate the delivery of every project I work on.
I am a 4th-generation, Manufacturing Equipment Specialist offering expertise in Auctions, Liquidations, Private Sales, and Appraisals. I have a sixth sense for making the connections between production, product development, and C-suite business operations.
I am a dedicated and specialized researcher and have over 16 years of Private Investigation experience operating in the Greater Los Angeles County Area, with a focus on executive protection, counter-intelligence, asset acquisition, and surveillance.
I also hold a Black Belt in Judo, a Brown Belt in Combat Jiu-Jitsu, and a Blue Belt in BJJ, competing and placing at both the National and International levels. Additionally, I am a certified coach recognized by USJA and USA JUDO.
