While a Co-Owner of Last Bastion Studios, I dived into the legendary world of Ultraman! I teamed up with Tsuburaya Productions for an officially licensed wave of 3” chibi soft vinyl toys.
Tsuburaya Productions is a Japanese special effects studio founded in 1963 by special effects wizard Eiji Tsuburaya. The studio is best known for the creation of classic shows such as Ultraman (and its many sequels), Kaiju Booska and many other spectacular tokusatsu family/children's shows.
The first wave of Ultraman characters will consist of Ultraman, Gabora, and Gomora.
Bemular - Sceismic Toys
This is Bemular! Bemular (ベムラー, Bemurā) is a reptilian-like alien monster that somehow managed to escape from the Monster Graveyard. He was confronted by Ultraman on Earth and was destroyed. He was the first monster ever fought by an Ultra Warrior on-screen, and many more members of this species appear throughout the Ultraman Series.
I had the pleasure of sculpting, prototyping, and developing this bemular figure for Seismic Toys. Seismic is an independent designer toy company focused on shaking up your collection with bold, colorful, and nostalgic soft vinyl toys and collectables. All of our toys are made small-batch and limited edition.

While working at Gentle Giant LTD, I had the opportunity to help flesh out their new classic mini bust line. I submitted a concept for a Caesar Deadpool, which was then approved, produced and became a top seller for the line.
