Manufacturing
Welcome to the manufacturing page. Below is a select group of projects that are not bound by NDAs and that I can showcase in my portfolio. All the projects below I oversaw the prototyping, production, and delivery from start to finish.
ULTRAMAN
While a Co-Owner of Last Bastion Studios, I dived into the legendary world of Ultraman! I teamed up with Tsuburaya Productions for an officially licensed wave of 3” chibi soft vinyl toys.
Tsuburaya Productions is a Japanese special effects studio founded in 1963 by special effects wizard Eiji Tsuburaya. The studio is best known for the creation of classic shows such as Ultraman (and its many sequels), Kaiju Booska and many other spectacular tokusatsu family/children's shows.
The first wave of Ultraman characters will consist of Ultraman, Gabora, and Gomora.
I Want To Be Evil
I produced the piece “ I Want To Be Evil”, for Academy Award Nominated Artist and Grammy award winning Designer Christopher Defillipo.
EBORATH
The great tattoo artist Adam Pasquali hired me to produce his first soft vinyl toy for his upstart company called Mad World Toys. While many said it could not be done, given the level of detail and construction of the piece. I saw that it could be produced with some clever mold construction and production process adjustments. It has been fully produced with several colorways and limited edition runs, and continues to sell out quickly.

OCTEEL
Mathew “Octeel” Macri is a Tattoo artist and designer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a kaiju and big monster fanatic and has designed some of the most popular kaiju toys. One of them is the “Kaiju Cream”.
DREAMS OF ROBOTS
I worked with Armando "Mondo" Roque, known as @dreamsofrobots, who is an accomplished artist and toy designer based in Fullerton, CA. I produced his robot creation: Siege Fortress Iron Berserker(SFIB).
Mondo is renowned for his innovative approach and leadership in creative direction and product design, he has successfully developed over a billion units of consumer goods, collaborating with major licensors on a wide range of products from value items to high-end collectibles.

MECHA TANTO
I wanted to showcase this figure from the Ragnar series: MECHA TANTO. I had an idea in my head to make a Showa era mecha style character for the Ragnar series. I teamed up with an amazing artist, Johan Ulrich to do the concept art, header card art and eventually got a tattoo of the character from him as well.
